Studio Stained Glass has been operating in Northern Tasmania since 1988, producing individually designed, craftsman made leadlight and stained glass windows for domestic, commercial or church settings. Our aim is to provide our customers with windows of beauty and lasting quality. Of course repairs and restorations are also part of our service.

Rolfe de la Motte began his stained glass traineeship with Tasmanian Stained Glass in the historic town of Evandale in 1982. In 1988 Studio Stained Glass was born in Launceston, Tasmania. In 2007, a  break to study art and architecture at university was followed by a move to Western Australia, working with Tradition Stained Glass in Perth. However, the natural beauty and relaxed lifestyle of Tasmania proved irresistable and Studio Stained Glass is now again in Launceston.
